We are very sad to have to inform everyone that our Eton Manor brother Jonny Keen passed away on Sunday after a brave fight against a serious illness.

He was a club stalwart for many years and was still very involved the Manor, a tough and abrasive 2nd row in his playing days on the pitch and a complete gentleman off it he is fondly remembered and will be sadly missed for his humour, humility and an all round nice man.

Our sincere condolences and prayers are with his family from all in the EM family.

The funeral will be held on the 22nd April at 1.30 at forest road cemetery.

Then onto Eton Manor rugby club we can all raise a glass, share stories and hold his memory close to us all.

Please note : Colchester have very kindly agreed to hold a one minutes silence with us just before the game on Saturday in memory of Jon ~ if you are coming along to the game could you please make sure you are there in time for this.
