Eton Manor RFC To Eton School Charity Cycle
Back To The Future From The Wilderness
On Thursday 21st & Friday 22nd May 2015 over 60 cyclist from Eton Manor Rugby club will undertake a 2 day charity bike ride from its clubhouse in Wanstead across London to the world famous Eton School and then return the next day via a circular route around the capital .
The purpose of the ride is to raise funds for one of the oldest amateur rugby clubs in the country whilst raising the awareness of such a unique sporting institution which today is embedded in the heart of a strong vibrant multi cultural community in East London .
Many people may not be aware of the unique history of Eton Manor Boys Club which was founded in the East End Of London by Old Etonians and which is still flourishing today through the values established at Eton School.
