Kyshodo is a Korean combat style martial. It is ideal for use in self Defence. Eton Manor RFC are hosting a new course instructing this very special skill from next Wednesday 20th Januray between 7PM and 9PM. Class is open for willing particpants between the ages of eleven and seventeen. Class is aimed at beginners so all welcome. Come dressed to participate in tracksuit bottoms and some kind of training top and find out more. The instructor is a veteran teacher of 20 years, Dave Sensei (5th Dan). Cost will be £5 per session. Numbers will be limited so please come down next Wednesday to find out more and see if the sport is something for you.
