The Eton Manor Mini and Midi Festival is taking place on Sunday 27th April. The festival is for age groups U7s-U12s and is the perfect way to end the season.[/size] We obviously want to ensure that the festival goes smoothly, is enjoyed by everyone and generates income for the club. In order for the festival to be a success we require a sufficient number of volunteers per age group for the roles listed below:

Pitch Marshals
Control Tent
Sandwich Selling
BBQ
Referees
Runners
Programme Sellers
Car Park Attendants

For roles 1-4 it would be very helpful if we had at least 2 parents per age group (U7s-U12s).
Pitch marshals will be responsible for the pitch their child is playing on
The runners will be made up from the U13s
Players from the U13s will also sell programmes

Can you please spread the word to the parents in your age group and encourage them to volunteer.
